Mike Moser is CEO of Starwood Land, a real estate investment firm that specializes in residential land development. In this role, Mike is responsible for managing the consolidated operations of Starwood Land. Under his leadership, Starwood Land has sold over 44,000 residential lots and generated more than $2.5 Billion in gross revenues. Prior to joining Starwood Land in 2007, Mr. Moser spent nearly 13 years at Taylor Woodrow, a U.K.-based public homebuilder, where he served as Division President of the U.S. Tower Division and Southeast homebuilding operations. Mike received B.S. degree in business administration from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX. He holds Florida Broker’s and Community Association Manager’s licenses and is a Member of the PGA of America.
Larry Colditz

As Chief Financial Officer, Larry is responsible for all finance and accounting functions. Prior to joining Starwood Land in 2007, Larry spent 3 years with Beazer as Corporate Controller and 6 years with Lennar as Director of Accounting. He has over 30 years of financial management and treasury experience, Larry is a Certified Public Accountant. During his tenure at Starwood Land, the company has sold over 44,000 lots and generated more than $2.5 Billion in gross revenues.
John Brian
East Region President

As East Region President, John oversees all assets in the U.S. Eastern Region. John has 20 years of residential planning, entitlement and land development experience. Prior to joining Starwood Land in 2009, John spent 4 years with McCar Homes – Tampa as their Acquisition and Development Manager and 2 years with Wilson Miller, Inc. as Project Planner. John has a Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Louisiana State University and is also a licensed Building Contractor in the State of Florida.
Craig K. Campbell
West Region President

As West Region President, Craig oversees all assets in the U.S. Western Region. Prior to joining Starwood Land in 2014, he spent over 20 years with 4 of the nation’s top home builders as Division and Regional President. Craig also held senior positions with a private home builder and two internationally recognized banking entities. During his career, Craig has been responsible for the acquisition and development of nearly 14,000 lots valued at over $850 million. Craig has a BS in Finance with a Minor in Economics from the Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado, and a MS in Finance, University of Colorado.
Rush Stanisai

Rush has over 17 years of real estate investment and development experience across multiple asset classes including residential land, multi-family land, office and retail. Before joining Starwood Land, Rush held leadership positions in both Operations and Finance, including as a member of the Executive Management team responsible for building a lucrative real estate development company with performance backed by leading private equity firms. He also served in integral acquisition and finance positions with Lennar Homes, one of the nation’s largest public homebuilders. Rush is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles.

Jennifer Wilson

As Corporate Controller, Jennifer oversees all accounting functions at Starwood Land. Jennifer has over 25 years of real estate and financial accounting experience. Prior to joining SLA in 2010, Jennifer was a Division Controller with Lennar, a Vice President of Accounting with Echelon Development, and a Regional Controller with Industrial Developments International. Jennifer is also a Certified Public Accountant.
David Langhout

As VP of Land, David is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new land investments. David has more than 30 years of experience in residential land and investment. He has worked both as Vice President of Land for homebuilders, as well as placing equity capital investments with private homebuilders across the eastern United States and Texas. David has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from DePauw University, and a Master’s from Northwestern University.

Jennifer joined the Starwood Land team in 2012 and performs financial analysis and reporting for various projects throughout the United States. She was previously with the Bonita Bay Group for 7 years. Jennifer has a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Florida Gulf Coast University.

As HOA Director, Bill oversees the HOA and CDD operations for all Starwood Land communities. Prior to joining Starwood Land, Bill spent 11 years with Lennar where he served as Land Division Controller and Director of Land. He has more than 32 years of real estate experience and holds an M.B.A. from the University of South Florida.
Stuart Young

Before coming to Starwood Land he spent 4 years working for Foremost Companies, a California-based land developer, as an assistant project manager and senior financial analyst. Stuart earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
Lori Joyce

Lori joined Starwood Land in 2011 and has over 30 years of residential real estate administration and marketing experience. Prior to joining the Starwood Land team, she was Vice President of Marketing at Schroeder Manatee Ranch, and spent 11 years with Taylor Woodrow, a public homebuilder in Florida. Lori is a fourth-generation Floridian and holds a Florida Broker’s license.
Angie Long

Angie is a Michigan native who moved to the Sarasota area for the sunshine and to be closer to family. She has 20 years of accounting and finance experience primarily in the automotive industry and more recently in real estate. Angie graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

John David Barnes

John David brings extensive experience in the residential development industry to his role as Land Development Director at Starwood Land. Before joining Starwood in 2024, John David served as the Development Director for Forestar Group, where he successfully oversaw the entitlement, design, and development of multiple projects within the Houston MSA. He has managed projects for Pulte Homes and has a diverse background in both land development and construction.

Everett has more than 15 years of vertical construction and horizontal development construction experience across multiple markets in Houston, ranging from Director of Construction to Senior Land Project Manager. Everett has also held senior-level positions at Forestar Group and Newland Development Group. He has a B.S. in Business Administration and Technology from Northwest Florida State, and enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his two young boys.
